MED1stMR Kick-Off Meeting

The EU H2020 funded project MED1stMR held its kick-off meeting in June 2021 online together with all consortium members and the Project Officer.

The project, coordinated by the AIT – Austrian Institute of Technology, officially started on 1 June 2021, for a three-year period and with a budget of 7.8 million euros. MED1stMR aims aims to better prepare medical first responders for complex situations by developing an innovative mixed reality training solution. More than 50 participants, representing the 19 consortium partners from 9 European countries were present at the kick-off meeting.

The partners introduced their organisations and the work packages (WPs) were presented by the respective WP leaders. Relevant topics and a plan of action for the following months were discussed. Throughout the consortium meeting, knowledge and experience was freely shared among the various partners in the two days.
